Jan C. Küster ist seit 15 Jahren in der internationalen Startup Szene als Coach und Moderator aktiv. Zuvor hat er erfolgreich in den Bereichen Chip Design, Software as a Service und Natural User Interface Anwendungen das Business Development sowohl für Startups als auch für innovative Projekte etablierter Konzerne aufgebaut und folgend geführt. Er ist Mentor in Residence, Pitch- und Business Development Trainer auserwählter Startups beim globalen Frühphasen-Investor Plug and Play. Jan coacht Entrepreneurship für das European Innovation Council, in Universitätsprogrammen und diversen Inkubatoren. Er berät etablierte Unternehmen in den Bereichen Venture Building, Aufbau von internen Innovations- und Digitalisierungs-Communities und Digitalisierung von Vertriebsprozessen. Der von ihm mit-gegründete Founders Fight Club veranstaltet Events und Lern-Formate zur Förderung der Sichtbarkeit von Startups und der dazugehörigen Gründerszene. Jan coaches entrepreneurship for the European Innovation Council, in university programs and various incubators.
