Biography

Omar currently serves as the Segment HR Lead for Microsoft Germany's Global Partner Sales Organization. Throughout his career, he has specialized in coaching leaders in areas such as organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion, and talent development. Omar holds an MBA in International Business and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior.
