Biography

Michael has more than 17 years’ experience in production and supply chain consulting with a focus on Data & AI, IIoT and Cloud solutions. He has strategically planned, conceptualized and implemented Digital Operations solutions for multiple international companies and was accountable for large Smart Factory transformations whereby he gained in-depth experience in the effective management of such projects and the design of complex cloud and on premise architectures. During his time as consultant he gained deep experience in the manufacturing and automotive sector. As a partner in PwC's Digital Operations team Michael leads PwC Smart Factory Transformation offering and is globally responsible for the development of PwC Factory Intelligence solution to accelerate value creation in Smart Factory projects.
