Biography

Matthias Ballweg is co-founder of CIRCULAR REPUBLIC and an expert in circular economy. Previously, Matthias was co-responsible for the global Circular Economy Platform at Systemiq for several years. Next to his professional life he is voluntary chairman of Alpenverein Oberland, the largest mountaineering organization on earth. He holds a doctorate in behavioral psychology and was Vice President Strategy at MAN Truck & Bus for several years.
