Biography

Jörn Freyer, Vice President Development User Experience "My Car" at BMW Group, oversees all development related activities for digital in car User Interfaces including Augmented Reality, Hardware of Displays, Control Elements as well as the BMW and MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant. The Team of Development User Experience “My Car” aims to deliver personalized, intuitive, and exciting digital in-car experiences to BMW Group customers. In the past, Jörn held positions such as Vice President Development for Navigation, Location-based and Mobility Services within BMW Group as well as different positions within the Audi AG’s Team for ADAS and chassis Development. Jörn holds a Diploma’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, as well as a PHD in Connected User Experience within the area of ADAS Systems from the University of the Bundeswehr, Germany, in collaboration with Audi AG.
