Biography

Jean-Baptiste Burtscher the Sustainability, External Affairs and R&D Partnerships Director at Valeo, one of the leading automotive tier 1 suppliers. In his current position, he is in charge of building and deploying Valeo’s sustainability strategy and helping Valeo to build relationships and partnerships with public stakeholders and its R&D ecosystems. Since 2023, Jean-Baptiste Burtscher is also a Member of the Board of Catena-X e.V., the leading initiative to create an open, collaborative and trusted data space and ecosystem for the automotive sector.
