Biography

Alexander Britz is responsible for “Artificial Intelligence & Sustainability” within Microsoft Germany, Prior to this role he oversaw all Government related business in Germany and served as General Manager Europe of the Microsoft Health Solutions Group Before joining Microsoft, Alexander held various management positions at Philips. He was leading the commercial activities of Philips Healthcare’s MRI business in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America, he also headed the company’s Healthcare IT division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Next to his experience in Healthcare Alexander was also active in other industries: He was European Sales & Marketing Director for Philips Special Lighting and worked in Philips Semiconductors where he was responsible for marketing of identification and automotive products in Asia/Pacific
